Terms and conditions of sale
Last updated: 22 July 2026
These terms and conditions of sale govern sales made on the bnboard website between the seller and any customer acting as a consumer. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
1. Seller
The bnboard website is published by Anthony Boulé, sole trader (micro-entreprise), 12 rue Charles Tillon, 56700 Hennebont, France — SIRET 802 628 255 00019 — VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Contact: contact@getbnboard.com.
2. Products
bnboard offers personalised welcome kits for short-term rentals, available in several formats: print-ready PDF file, Forex display panels, Re-board folding display and Dibond folding display, as well as a single face in PDF format. Each product is made according to the information and design choices entered by the customer. Previews and photographs are indicative; slight variations in colour or finish inherent to printing shall not engage the seller’s liability.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B). Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed and are added to the product price:
- Digital PDF — €29.99; single PDF face — €9.99 (no delivery cost).
- Forex panels — €39.99 + €9.78 delivery.
- Re-board 10 mm — €49.99 + €8.10 delivery.
- Dibond 3 mm — €69.99 + €14.34 delivery.
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force when the order is placed.
4. Orders
The customer configures the product, validates the preview, then confirms the order after reviewing its details. Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the personalised content as previewed. The contract is formed when the seller confirms the order electronically.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by bank card through our secure payment provider Stripe. The order is processed only after full payment is received. Payment data is not stored by the seller.
6. Delivery
Physical products are delivered within mainland France and the European Union. The indicative lead time is 5 to 7 working days in mainland France; it may be longer for other EU countries. As each product ships from its own printing workshop, the carrier varies by format. A tracking number is provided when printing starts. PDF products are delivered by download, with no delivery cost or time. Risk passes to the customer on delivery of the parcel.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 (3° and 13°) of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised: (a) for goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised (custom printed kits); (b) for digital content supplied on an intangible medium (PDF files) whose performance has begun with the customer’s prior express consent. By confirming the order, the customer expressly acknowledges that it concerns a personalised product and/or digital content and expressly waives the right of withdrawal.
8. Warranties
The customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). Independently of these warranties, the seller undertakes: if the product received is damaged or does not match the preview validated by the customer, it will be reprinted or refunded. Any claim should be sent to contact@getbnboard.com, ideally with photographs.
9. Intellectual property
Templates, layouts, visuals and graphic elements of the site remain the property of Anthony Boulé / bnboard. The customer warrants that they hold the rights to the content they submit (text, images) and remains solely responsible for its lawfulness.
10. Personal data
The data collected is necessary to process orders. The customer has the right to access, rectify, erase and object (GDPR), exercisable at contact@getbnboard.com. See also the legal notice.
11. Mediation and disputes
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris — www.cm2c.net. Complaints may be filed directly on the mediator’s website. These terms are governed by French law.
